Hi guys

In response to the request for WassPoker to have the best damned support on the internet, WassPokerSupport will also be keeping an eye on things right here on the forum, so you can get an 'official' response you any questions you post or PMs that you send from here!

Please be aware that this is being run by more than one person in the same way as the ticketing system, so responses can take up to 1 working day!

I think that this is something that is going to vastly improve the quality of the service that is offered, and hope that you guys are happy with the service provided by support - so - welcome WassPokerSupport to WassOnline!

I have some old mugshots, but I'll take some new pics of the support team next week that are more up to date!

We have Martin, Amy, Dom and Emma here, but I will get a better group image of the whole team next week!

They will be working to make the WassPoker live support virtually 24/7 and a fast, fast respoonse to all e-mails!

hi i have 1 question about the may promotion.

i won a $5 bounty sng on may 9 at 12.43, dont know the game number because hand history is not availiable, but itr not shows in my list of task forfilled.

can you check that out for me.

I found the game you are talking about and it should show that task as completed. I am forwarding the issue to technical support and it should be fixed by tomorrow.

Just curious if it would be possible to schedule a late game through the week, like the Friday night buy in game (I believe 1:00 am so technically Saturday morning) for us Wassers in different time zones.

There are a lot of us who don't get to play Wass members only games because of time zone conflicts ~ it would be so nice if we could have a little something as well. It would allow us the opportunity to have more than 1 Wass Only game to play per week (non BRL). I am sure it would not fill as the others do right off the bat... but I think in time if one were put on the schedule and folks available jumped they would grow.

I really enjoy playing with the folks here. I only have the opportunity to play the one late Friday night game and the BRL on Saturday through Wass, exclusively for Wass Members. Not only is it a huge handicap for the BRL, it also isn't much of an opportunity for those of us not in the time zone to play with members only.

Could this be considered please? Monday Wednesday Friday would allow those staying up to play the 1k the chance to play it as well as a small Wass Members only buy in.
