Posting questions - a helpful guide to get a faster answer!
Hi guys
In order to help you get a fast and accurate answer to any questions that you post here, could you please make sure that;
1) You open a new thread for your question, so that it can be clearly seen, responded to, and once resolved, closed. It will make organising things much, much easier!
2) Please remember to post you WassPoker username and any game/hand numbers if needed! It is really difficult for support to find accounts on WassPoker otherwise
3) Please be as clear as possible, the more detail you give the more quickly and eficiently they will be able to help you...for example rather than;
"Where is my bonus?"
something like this;
"I made a deposit on xx/xx/xxx for $xxx, but I didn't get a bonus, my username is xxxxxxxx could you check it out for me please?"
This would help us alot, and saves us having to come back and ask you more questions!
All helps them provide a better service for everyone!
