Player Admin Access Issue - Online Poker Forum and Casino Community

Hi ~ Most of the time I am unable to get my player admin button to respond and open. I had thought it might be a personal pc issue because my laptop was getting a bit long in the tooth. I just got a new laptop this week and it still won't let me in. This new pc is Vista / the old was xp in case that makes a difference.

I also had an issue today with hand history.

If someone could let me know what to do to get it player admin to function I would appreciate it. If you get in there and tinker please make sure you don't lock me out of the software as I will have a meltdown, lol

When Wasspoker first launched I too was having trouble with my player admin button. Sometimes it would work, other time it wouldn't work. Recently it has been working great for me. I have not had a problem with it for weeks now. I have vista so I don't think that is your issue Dori.

As for the hand history, I have posted about this before. I can open all hand history for all my games, MTTs, SNGs, Ring Games........I can not open hand histories for freerolls though. Once the game is over that is it, I can not view any hands in any Freeroll game again. I was in the 2K tonight and now I can't open the hand history.

Player Admin Button & Hand History Review are both functioning properly this morning. Stinkee asked me to right click my desktop icon and select run as admin. I do not have a desktop icon (microsoft had to do a remote access and it could have possibly been removed during that adventure) So I was unable to do as suggested, but am functioning this morning. Both features were sporadic before (using XP) so I am not certain if this is resolve or not. Just happy that its working this morning.

Sorry to hear you were having trouble with it. Your original install may have had a problem when it downloaded. Please let me know if you still have trouble with it on your new computer and we will try to troubleshoot it.
