Support: Table not visible when joining initially

When I am sucked onto a table the table screen is completely black and only the dealer button is visible. The leave button does not work you have to X out from upper right corner and sometimes you have to hit the X a few times for it to take you seriously. This is happening daily and I usually miss a couple hands getting it sorted.

Is this a glitch you are aware of and working on?
Is this a vista compatibility issue, as this didn't happen with xp?

I didnt manage to get a shot of it but i kept getting the box saying the game had been detected running slowly and was being refreshed
Also couldnt leave when i clicked the tab

seemed strange cos my other tables were running ok

When you arrive at the table this is what you see, it never comes to life. You have to manually x out from upper right and it takes a few clicks to get it to respond. Then ask to rejoin your table.

thsi has happened to me ever since i downloaded merge, i have to leave it 'warm up' for about 30 seconds and then its fine and i can play never thought anything of it just thought it was the system and yes it happens on all merge sites

It only happens to me on this site & it will not free up. If I do not x out visibility is never restored. Missed 20 minutes of a tournie the other day because I was playing a few, got sidetracked, moved to another table and my tab never blinked pulling my attention back to that table. I then wrestled the x with about 20 clicks and finally got the leave table prompt to close down the table. You then have to find the game in the lobby and click to rejoin your table.

This does not happen to me on .com or reefer (at least it hasn't yet. On Wass it happens daily). And I have patiently waited it out I know the other day I was distracted 20 minutes. And other times on small tournies I have let it go up to 5.

Quite honestly though when I am in a $11-$20 tournie I don't want to be sitting there stewing that the table is going to break up and I will be blinded off. When the blinds are up there every second counts one hand can make all the difference in the bubble or the trophy.

so true dorii when you're in a bigger buy in seems to happen more frequently hopefully they can sort it out b4 i deposit on wass
