we can need up to 72 hours to clear the payouts erm well that time has gone by ...and if we count the european time as wass is a european site

then its even more hours has gone by.. and cant we do anything about livechatt cant it be more open then it is ?

ok i went in to carbonlive chatt and this is what they said

I do find this strange now is it only wass then that has probs then i even did a check in poker.com forum first to see if some1 had wrote about it cause they do that fast if something like this hapends nope no thread at all so i started 1 nope no answers either now its 5 days since maypromo was over so come on---

I was feeling patient about the Mayday Promo payout. However I am starting to feel much less patient now. 2 things worry me:

1) It has now been 4 whole days since the end of May
2) you say "some players prizes have been delayed" suggesting that I am one of a small number of players who have not been payed.

Do I need to pursue this myself through support or will it be sorted automatically?

I am not able to check my account until later today, but the money wasn't there last night. I will check later today and hopefully my account will have been creditted.

We are aware of the problem and are investigating it, as support on here, who are the same people that do support on live chat etc, have said.

I am sure that they will have an update on this later today

Hi guys

Just to let you know that Merge are currently investigating the individual accounts of everyone to who has posted on this subject, in this thread and the thread in the Wass Q&A thread. They are currently unsure as to how this has happened, as it does only seem to have affected WassPoker, which is obviously very disappointing for us all.

I will keep you up to date on this as it is a let down not just for everyone affected, but for me too, as it reflects badly on us. All I can do at this point is assure you that it will be investigated to the fullest extent, and that it will be resolved as swiftly as possible. I also offer my apologies for this.
