wasspoker account activation

Hi,

I created a brand new WASSPOKER account, put in my personal details and even made a first deposit that went through.

now, when i click "register" it automatcally shows me a message that my account isn't activated yet since i'm not getting any emails from wasspoker!
and having problems to verify my account for that reason.
and this post is because live support is unavailable and email support..... hmmm..... i'm not getting mails .

can someone assist me please???

Register for what? Freerolls?

Try to contact live support via the chat system. Normally they sort things out quickly?

Also they can help you to get a deposit bonus if you have a merge account somewhere else.

For some reason live support is not available at the moment in the stated hours. So hopefully you will get an email response soon

If you have played in the first depositors game on another skin than you cannot play (in theory, some have managed it but not many) in them on another skin. If you have an account on another skin registered to the e-mail address that you are using for WassPoker then you cannot play in the new player games either. If you have not had you account activated by the e-mail link then as German Falson says try and contact Wass's live support

thanks guys, i understand about coupons now but yet haven't recieved any email from wasspokersupport.

when i go to: player admin- account verification-it sais to enter 6 digits password which was sent to my email.

when i try to sit on a cash table this message pops up:

You have not yet validated your account and will not be permitted to play tournaments or play real money games until this step is completed. Please check your email for the message we have sent you and follow the instructions to validate your account. Please make sure that your email account is set to allow email from WassPoker.


but where's that very "message in my email"???

Check your spam folder. I dont know if there is a button somewhere to resent this mail if you cant find it.

But also try to contact the Live support. They mostly can help and you get direct feedback.

half of the email i still get from wass goes to my junk mail so dam stupid and yes ive added the address

but failing that its not there go to live support during uk hours and ask them to resend it to you so you can activate it
