PLAYER TO PLAYER $$ TRANSFER QUESTION

I tried to transfer money to another player yesterday so they could get into the OFC buy in event, but I received an error message saying transfers are unavailable. Does anyone know anything about this? Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated as my friend still hopes to play in the buy-in today. -- Thanks

Were you trying to transfer wasspoker acc to wasspoker aac or to a dotcom acc or carbon acc becauase merge dont allow transfers to or from different skins

I was trying to do a Wass-to-Wass transfer. I went to the transfer screen, entered my friends screenname and the amount, and clicked "initiate transfer." That's when I got the following message:

Transaction Error

Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill your transfer request. The transfer option is not available.

I told my friend to try finding someone else in case it had something specifically to do with my account instead of the site, but I don't know why it won't go through. I emailed support yesterday but have gotten no reply yet.

U need to validate ur account. Send in ur id card etc. Could take up 4 weeks because they couldnt say what exactly they want.

I have transfered wass to wass acc without having to send id etc

I think it depends on whether or not both have deposited too.
