deposit problems

HI, every time i make a redeposit and want to use a bonuscode i get the message
that i cannot get any bonus because i also have another merge account.

every time i have to contact live support to ask for them to add the bonus manually.

in the beginning they did it directly, but the last 2 times i had to wait for 2 days
to get my bonus and have played 2 days without a bonus to clear.

I play a lot and clear at least $10 bonus each day, so 2 days no bonus will cost me
at least $20 every time i made a deposit.

please can this not be fixed at last, as a forumer off wass i changed over from the
old merge site to wassonline as many others did also.

is it possible to make wass my primary merge site so that i can get bonusses here
without every time to contact support and wait some days beiore the bonus arrives.

On other networks i can get bonusses on different skins without any problems, because all those skins
are independent of eachother, i even got first deposit bonus on 3 skins off another network,
and why not here, i have to clear bonusses on the skin itself and not on the network.

This might be a silly question,but do you deposit just to get the bonuses??,Im wondering if you are cashing out or losing alot...You obviously play more than me at the moment.

A lot of ppl cash-out then deposit each & every month just to get the bonuses
