What do I have to do to play in new player freerolls? - Online Poker Forum and Casino Community

The title says it all, i just registered for wasspoker and am trying to play the next $50 freeroll, which on the site says "When you join wasspoker.com you will receive free entry to the $50 New Player Freerolls"

says i need a ticket that i dont have... any ideas?

You need to get in touch with the support on the poker room itself we dont have any involvement in the running of the accounts etc.

They should be able to sort you out.

thanks, i shot em an e-mail, that should sort things out eventually, anyone else had this problem have a time estimate for support help?

Other people have had this problem too and support varies. They wont get back to you tonight i wouldnt imagine as they work more 9-5 uk time.
It really does depend how busy they are. Dont worry they will get to you.

Well i have already received an e-mail from them letting me know that they are going to do something about it... i guess in the next 24 hours, i'll keep checking for it every once in awhile though.

I have a question about those also.When I joined Wass I seen those freerolls also but I also have a Carbon account which I already played in the New Player Freerolls so does that mean I couldnt play in them at Wass because I am a new player to wass but played for a while at Carbon.I know this site has nothing to do with running the accounts at wass but maby a member here can answer the question if they now the answer.

in general, if you played the new players games or first depositors games on one skin you are unable to play them on any other skin. Some people manage to get around this but more times than not it holds true

ok thanks.Thats what I thought.I bet the people getting to play the freerolls at both sites used different email addresses so they could play in the New Player Freerolls.I used the same email for both places.I never asked support just assumed I couldnt play if I already played in them at a different skin.Thanks again.
