2 / yes there is laws against this but who is going to pay because they would be fucked str away under the data protection law , so anyone with a spare £300 contact a lawyer and he should start the ball rolling, thats if the police wont, if they think the data protection act has been broken then they will act on their own .
don't think new owners are from the Uk. WOuld the data protection laws still hold?

I am not sure on that one but I would think there is a body that
deals with poker sites and their licence to operate as a poker site.
I am sure that this would get them in deep shit anyway if someone reported the way they have been giving personel details out .
